[Offensive subjects] None really. I'm okay with romantical situations between consenting teens, especially since Jack is a flirt. But anything beyond snogging would have to be handled carefully, if it's allowed at all.

[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] This Jack is normal for all intents and purposes. He doesn't have any Veela in his blood, but he is rather attractive...
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] I'm fine with it for the most part. I'd appreciate an OOC heads up for any excessive mind-reading, but I'm not opposed to it happening. Jack is really not an Occlumens at all.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Go for it. Just don't expect Jack to take it sitting down.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Same as above. If you try it, expect to get it in return.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Yes, also see above with regards to more than snogging.
[Anything else?] Jack's going to be a bit of a trouble-maker. I really enjoy playing through embarrassing situations with my teens, so feel free to call him out for stupid things he's done or if you're a teacher, give him detention.

Speaking of detentions, I am perfectly fine with harsh punishments. Punishments physical in nature or just physical labour or embarrassing tasks- I'm really okay with any ideas you have. If your teacher has a sadistic streak to them and Jack crosses them, I'm absolutely okay with whatever is handed out. Don't be afraid to message me with your worst. ;)
